彼らが掲げるこのコンセプトの通り、ダンスミュージックというフィルターを通し、時代や地域、そしてジャンルをも飛び越えた多種多様な音楽が交差する3時間。

■ PROFILE
The Library ( @the_library_tokyo )
ダンスミュージックというフィルターを通し、各年代・各地に散らばった多様な音楽を紡ぎ一夜を作るDJコレクティヴ。現在、代官山ORD.にて同名パーティーを主催し、TSUBAKI fmでもレギュラー番組を持つなど、東京のシーンで確かな存在感を放っている。

メンバーは全員1999年生まれ。シカゴでの滞在経験を持ち海外アーティストのサポートもこなすKairi Komoda、都内主要ベニューでレジデントを務めその実力に定評のあるnaovillan、生粋のシティポップ育ちで年齢からは想像できない選曲センスを誇るueueの3名で構成される。

With a theme “A place to explore music from the past, present and future,” they weave together a night of diverse sounds from across eras and regions, all through the lens of dance music. Currently, they host their namesake party at ORD. Daikanyama and expand their reach through a monthly regular show on TSUBAKI fm.

The crew consists of three members, all born in 1999: Kairi Komoda, who brings experience from time spent in Chicago and has supported numerous artists; naovillan, a highly regarded selector with multiple residencies at clubs and DJ bars across Tokyo; and ueue, a Tokyo-born city pop aficionado known for a selection style far beyond his age.
